Refund policy

Return Period:
Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.

Before Returning Items:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Products should be neatly packed and returned in their original packaging, with no damage to the boxes.

  • Items that were not originally sent to you cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form, including your order number, the name of the item(s), and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewelry.

Only returns with a valid reason or a clear issue with the product will be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • The cost of returning an item will be borne by the customer.

  • Returned items must be sent using a traceable shipping method.

  • Please note that the return address is in Asia, which may result in higher shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns will be inspected and processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will include the full price of the returned items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from the date we received your return, please contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations:

    If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Return Address:
All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Asia. The specific return address will be provided once you register your return.

Please ensure that the package is sent using a traceable shipping method. We cannot process returns without tracking information.

CoinHouseUsa accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

Returned products must:

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect product quality, CoinHouseUsa cannot accept returns involving:

  • Coin packaging that has been opened or unsealed
  • Collectibles that have been damaged, modified, or altered
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an incorrect product is delivered or an order arrives damaged, please contact CoinHouseUsa within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging, when applicable

Our support team will review the request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

CoinHouseUsa will cover the return shipping cost when the return is the result of an error made by our company, including receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled before fulfillment has begun.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation.
